Little Dot Dotland #50 Cover!

While the green guy on this cover isn't the true Gill Man, he was obviously "inspired by" the Gill Man, wouldn't you say?

Stick N Lift Monster Playset!

As you can see, the Gill Man was present along with his fellow Universal Monsters on this toy, which was similar to Colorforms!

Creature From the Black Lagoon Re-Release Poster!

Yep, it's the same poster as one of the ones offered in the "Creature Features" on the left!

This piece was part of a 1960s set of Soakies featuring the Universal Monsters. Soakies were, I believe, bottles of bubble bath solution.

Revenge of the Creature Lobby Card!

I'm going to take this opportunity to mention that, if you have a Flickr account, you should be able to click on some of these photos to get options for larger image viewing.

Those of you who don't, try it anyway... I've heard different things!

Creature Knock-Off Mask?

The seller of this mask on eBay described it as being a Gill Man knock-off... but I'm not sure... it kind of reminds me of a different monster, although I can't think of which one. What do you think?

Aurora Monsters of the Movies Model!

Aurora definitely got a lot of mileage out of the monsters in their model line... they had their first series in the early 1960s, then those were reissued in new boxes (as well as with glow-in-the-dark features), and then there were the "Monster Scenes" (not sure if the Gill Man was in that set), then the "Monsters of the Movies" (I may have those two sets mixed up in order)! Most of the 1970s stuff was snap-together. I don't believe that the Gill Man was included in any of the Monogram reissues, or at least, the "Illuminators" series).

Creature Walks Among Us Still!

I'll tell you, as much as I'm willing to "forgive" when it comes to monster movies, I really have to say that "The Creature Walks Among Us" is definitely a letdown after the first two movies!

Creature From the Black Lagoon Still!

Pictures like this make me wish more eBay sellers had scanners, so they could take their photos and put 'em on a scanner instead of taking a bad digital photo like the one above!

Fortunately other sellers do a better job with their photos:
